Urgent Store Self Pickup
You have the choice of pickup for free at our factory premises. Select Local Pickup at checkout. Then continue to payment. You'll receive a notification email message when your item is ready and available to pick up. Please wait for this message before coming to the store. Your invoice will be pasted onto your box and placed on a pick up shelf. Drive up the ramp to the 2nd-level-of-the-2nd-floor, Inkjet Systems Pte Ltd. 56 Loyang Way 02-18. SG 508775. You can even pick up after office hours.

Shipping Costs
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order, in the Order Confirmation email, and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

Delivery Time
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.  Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as soon as they become available. The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. All estimates are based on business days.

Courier
You will have a choice of which courier you prefer on the checkout page.  This choice will impact the Delivery time frame as well as shipping costs incurred to you.

With 'Free Shipping', ECOSAM® reserves the right to choose whichever is deemed fit for the destination.

What time will my order be delivered?
All orders are handed to the respective delivery couriers and the estimated date and time of delivery can be found on their tracking pages.  Use the tracking number or Airway Bill (AWB) provided on the shipping notification email on their websites.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online by replying to the order confirmation email.
